At Fanatee, the Customer Services team plays an important role in our game’s success. You will help the players to make the most of their experience, providing exceptional support by understanding what they need and helping them to get there.
As a Customer Services Intern, these will be your tasks on a daily basis:
- Identify the main difficulties and problems that the players are experiencing in order to provide knowledgeable insights for the Product team, always focusing on enriching the user experience;
- Be part of the creation and improvement of the CRM area workflow;
- Individually answer the e-mails we get from the users to engage and help them into continuously having a good time while playing our games;
- Answer the reviews we get from the App Stores;
- Generate reports about the impacts of bugs to improve the quality of the app;
- Monitor KPIs.
