You will lead the production process of content projects for Instagram consumer comms team in Latam, including the following activities:
- Partners engagement: prepare presentations and present projects to partners (entertainment groups, public figures, creators, musicians and labels) and manage the relationship with them along the process;
- Internal relations: engage and collaborate with cross-functional partners in the company (media partnerships, policy, legal, creative shop and marketing);
- Internal production process: contracts, purchase orders, payments, legal review, documents for rights and image release;
- Production houses engagement: onboarding, pitches, budget and creative briefings;
- Projects execution: Follow shooting to guarantee execution with quality and right delivery of key messages, guarantee deliveries on budget and on time, collaborate with solutions along the process, conduct meetings to discuss production progress and to ensure production objectives are attained;
- Filming industry relationship: Suggest references of production houses, according to the profile of the project, and create a pool of production houses to collaborate in different fronts along the year;
- Characters discovery, selection and engagement: research characters to participate in the productions (including discovery and investigation about characters' profile - direct content to check the story, values and performance on camera).;
- References: Bring insights and visual references to collaborate with the content strategy and creative deployment.
