We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support Creator Marketing team in Brazil as a contingent worker. This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing creator-led marketing strategies designed to drive business outcomes across a broad portfolio of products, audiences, and campaigns.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in creator marketing, social content strategy, and campaign execution with a strong analytical mindset. They understand how creators influence behavior, how content drives outcomes, and how to translate business objectives into effective creator-led marketing programs.
This is a role that requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, agency leadership, strong measurement capabilities, and a deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems, and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Creator Strategy Development
- Develop creator-led marketing strategies that support broader business and marketingobjectives.
- Translate high-level business goals into actionable creator and content strategies.
- Define strategic recommendations for how creators can be leveraged to drive outcomes such as product adoption, revenue growth, education, awareness, engagement, and brand perception.
- Establish clear strategic frameworks, audience approaches, creator segmentation
models, and content recommendations for campaigns.
- Build strong points of view on the role creators and content should play in achieving specific business objectives across different audiences and products.
Campaign Leadership & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of creator marketing campaigns across multiple products and audiences.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and creator partners responsible for campaign development and delivery.
- Oversee campaign planning, creative development, creator selection, content deployment, and optimization.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Drive excellence in campaign execution while balancing strategic priorities and operational rigor.
Measurement & Insights
- Partner closely with Data Science, Insights, and Analytics teams to define success metrics and measurement approaches.
- Develop measurement frameworks that connect creator activity to business outcomes.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Demonstrate fluency in concepts such as incrementality, attribution, lift measurement, experimentation, and performance analysis.
- Translate data into strategic recommendations and actionable business insights.
- Use quantitative and qualitative insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and inform future strategy.
